Once delivered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images and videos for all marketing related to the property, including online listings, social media, brochures, and agency websites. The photos/videos may not be resold, altered without permission, or used for unrelated commercial purposes.

We recommend decluttering, cleaning all surfaces, opening curtains to let in natural light, mowing the lawn, and arranging furniture to create spacious, inviting rooms. If needed, we can provide a detailed preparation checklist before your session.

For exterior and drone shots, clear weather is essential. If conditions are unfavorable (rain, heavy wind, or poor light), we will work with you to reschedule the shoot at no extra charge. Interior shoots can often proceed as planned regardless of weather.

You can book a session by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on or before the day of the shoot. We accept EFT, cash, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

Refund Policy

Below is our clear and fair refund policy for property photography, videography, and related services.

Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. This deposit covers initial planning, scheduling, and administrative costs.

Cancellation by Client

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled shoot, your deposit is forfeited, but any balance paid beyond the deposit may be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot will result in the loss of the full deposit, and any additional payments may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule, we will gladly apply your deposit to a new date within 30 days of the original booking, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to extreme weather, equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such an event:

Your deposit and any payments will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled session, at your discretion.
